Introduction:
Football Unites, Racism Divides (FURD) is a pioneering organisation dedicated to using the power of football to bring people together, challenge discrimination, and promote equality and inclusion. With a rich history of impactful community work, FURD continues to champion social cohesion through various initiatives and programs.

 Project Overview:
FURD is seeking proposals from qualified freelancers or agencies to design and develop a user-friendly website that reflects our mission, values, and ongoing projects. The new website will serve as a central hub for information about FURD's activities, U-Mix Centre facilities, events, resources, and opportunities for engagement. We aim to create an engaging online platform that effectively communicates our message and encourages community participation.

Scope of Work:
The selected freelancer or agency will be responsible for:
1. Conducting initial consultations with FURD to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Developing a comprehensive website design proposal, including wireframes, mockups, and user flow diagrams.
3. Designing a visually appealing website that aligns with FURD's branding guidelines and enhances user experience.
4. Building the website on a user-friendly content management system (CMS) to facilitate easy updates and maintenance by FURD staff.
5. Integrating essential features such as event calendars, donation portals, multimedia content, and contact forms.
6. Develop a dedicated page to connect and maintain the FURD resource library and online helpline portal, enabling users to submit complaints regarding racism and discrimination.
7. Ensuring the website is fully responsive and accessible across various devices and platforms.

8. Providing training and documentation to FURD staff for managing and updating the website independently.

Submission Guidelines:
Interested freelancers and agencies are invited to submit their proposals via email to marketing@furd.org by the deadline specified above. Proposals should include:

1. Company/Freelancer profile and relevant experience in website design and development, particularly in the non-profit or community sector.
2. Portfolio showcasing previous website projects, highlighting design aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
3. Proposed approach and methodology for the FURD website design, including timelines and deliverables.
4. Cost estimate, including itemised breakdown of fees and any additional expenses.(This can be an estimate initially)
5. References or client testimonials demonstrating successful collaborations and client satisfaction.

Selection Process:
Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria such as creativity, technical expertise, alignment with FURD's objectives, and cost-effectiveness. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for further discussions or presentations before a final decision is made.
