Football Unites Racism Divides (FURD) Educational Trust is seeking to recruit an Engagement and Education Coordinator to deliver and develop the FURD Phoenix employability programme in Sheffield and take a lead role in developing FURD's education and volunteering programme for young people.
The ideal candidate will have experience of face to face work with young people from varying backgrounds and cultures; and experience of providing solution focused approach to support, motivate and encourage NEET young people to achieve a positive outcome by gaining a job, undertaking training or becoming self-employed.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 4 qualification in Youth Work or related subject with experience of developing and delivering educational packages.
The position is full time until 31st March 2022.
