Health and Wellbeing Day 26th October

Come along to this Health & Wellbeing event that we're hosting at the U-Mix Centre on Thursday 26th October!

The free event runs from 10am to 2pm. There will be expert presentations on breast screening, signs and symptoms and a self-examination awareness session.

FUN ACTIVITIES!:

Join our Mind Over Football group for a game of football on the pitch from 11am-1pm.

Relax & get fit with a Yoga session 12.30-1pm.

Try walking football with FURD and Shipshape from 1-2pm.

Women-only walking football taster session from 1-2pm.

The event is free and is being organised by the Sheaf Valley Health and Wellbeing Consortium. The Consortium consists of partners working together including Heeley Development Trust (HDT), Shipshape, Sloan Medical Centre and FURD (Football Unites, Racism Divides) & Heeley Asian Women's Group.
