FURD
With funding made available by the Football Association, Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA is offering a subsidised refereeing course specifically for people from ethnic minority backgrounds.
The course will be hosted by FURD at the U-Mix Centre over four dates between Friday 24th July and Monday 10th August and costs £25 (normal cost £100).
There will be a taster session for anyone interested in looking at this opportunity, which will take place on Wednesday 17th June from 11am until 12.30pm at FURD.
The closing date for the course entry is Monday 29th June at 5pm.
If you are interested in taking the course you need to be:
- Aged 14 and above
- Have the desire to referee on a regular basis
- Have the ability to read, write and speak English
