FURD
A dedicated team of FURD volunteers organised an Eid festival at the U-Mix Centre on 17th June to coincide with the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
An estimated 2,000 people - including Lord Mayor Magid Magid - attended the community event which raised £2,763.18 for the Human Aid charity.
FURD was one of the sponsors of the event which included a football tournament, inflatables, a bazaar, children's rides, nasheeds, face painting, boxing, FURD's Streetkick and much more.
