The fourth annual report of the IFC, whose role is to evaluate the effectiveness of football's self-regulatory framework and to suggest improvements to the FA, Premier League and Football League. It contains a short chapter on racism and equal opportunities and sections on community, child protection, governance and finance, recommendations, progress on last year's recommendations, and complaints investigated.
