It's Sharrow Festival on Saturday 12th July! Football Unites will be there with Streetkick and a stall so come and have a game and pick up a free Football Unites newsletter, anti-racist posters, magazines, stickers and bag. Also young people can come and tell our Voice and Influence worker how you feel about what's going on in the area. Your views will be passed on to people who make decisions locally and you may even be rewarded with chocolate!

The festival is held in Mount Pleasant Park off London Road from 12-5.30 with live music continuing till 8pm in the music field. The event is a great family day out with global food, music, crafts, a hip hop zone with graffiti artists, African drumming, belly dancing, break dancing, bouncy castle, and much more! Musical acts include Tariq Khan, Constant Creation hip hop crew, Gordon Masiala & NKA Musica (Congolese dance music), Birawise (jit and roots music from Zimbabwe), I-Witness and many more. See you there...
