FURD stands with Jess Carter

FURD stands with Jess Carter.

For over 30 years, our work has brought people together from all backgrounds through football and education, breaking down barriers created by ignorance and prejudice.

The racist abuse directed at Jess Carter is utterly unacceptable and has no place in football or society. As Jess herself has said, she is simply doing her job to the best of her ability – and no player should ever face such vile treatment for representing their country.

We stand firmly with Jess. With England reaching another European final, this is the moment for everyone to take a stand against racism and show Jess – and every player – the respect and support they deserve.
