Football Unites in partnership with Sheffield United would like to invite you to this year's Community Day at Sheffield United's Bramall Lane stadium. The event takes place from 1pm to 4pm on Sunday 22nd May. The day, which first took place in 1999 and was the brainchild of former FURD youth worker Tom Collins, has been an annual event ever since. The aims are to celebrate the cultural diversity of the areas around the stadium, and to encourage members of ethnic minority communities to feel welcome at the club.

The day is all about fun, and includes food, small sided football tournaments on the pitch (for invited young people), a bouncy castle, Streetkick, boxing demonstrations, music, stalls and displays by local organisations, performances by local young people, and children's activities. Entry is free - hope to see you there!
